University Recreation hosted the Homecoming Vaquero Games Wednesday on the Edinburg campus. Students competed in three challenges: a timed climb on the climbing wall, a timed swim in the lap pool, and a grip test dead-hang challenge. They had to complete all three for a chance of earning the title of Homecoming Champion or complete one to earn Vaquero Homecoming merchandise.
