โWell, I donโt reallย buy anything fromย the vendingย machines in theย first place, butย I do believeย that each andย every one isย responsibleย for their ownย health, so I donโtย think that theย school should changeย anything really. Weโre just responsibleย for our own health and food choices.โ

“Well, of course itย can be harmfulย for students health sinceย most of theย snack machinesย are mostly junkย food. But [in]ย some cases weย do need, like, theย extra sugar and ourย bodies want it, to helpย us study and focus on our stuff.โ

“I do believe theyย are hinderingย studentsโ health.ย The way we canย change that isย by providingย alternativeย healthy snacksย in the vendingย machines at aย reasonable price,ย maybe even anย equivalent to whatย we currently offer. We do not wantย to discourage students from buyingย healthier options if itโs more expensive.”

“I believe theyย are harming usย because we areย mostly in aย hurry. I speakย for myself, butย I think thatย everyone isย pretty much inย a hurry all theย time. So, whatโsย the fastest way to getย something to eat? Evenย with drinks, there are Cokes everywhereย and Monsters and energy drinks. I thinkย it is harming us because of that timeย issue, and a way to alleviate that is byย having more healthier snack options.”
