The presenters are from different departments within UTRGV or Human Resources.
Jessica Sanchez, an instructional developer/designer for the Center for Online Learning and Teaching Technology, attended the Compensation and Classification Processes session Tuesday in the Student Union on the Edinburg campus.
โWeโre supervisors, so we looked at the [Human Resources] website, and, also, my boss, my director, [Francisco Garcia] also urged us, all his supervisors, to take these training sessions,โ Sanchez said.
Sanchez said she enjoyed the session and looks forward to attending more of them.
โI like the idea that itโs broken down,โ she said. โIt helps me learn the different aspects of [the topic].โ
