University Police Officer Chloe Rinaldi (left) and Communication Engagement Officer Yamile Sarkis, were among many officers at the Lunch with a Cop event Tuesday on the Main Courtyard on the Brownsville campus. The university community had the opportunity to speak with UTRGV police officers.
