About 10:39 Monday night, UTRGV Police received a report of a burglary in Heritage Hall, located at 424 โN. Sugar Road.
The reporting party stated unlawful entry was made into the apartment by an unknown person. Several items were taken from the apartment.
According to the timely warning, the suspect is a Hispanic man, in his late 30s to early 40s. The man is about 6 feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds, light to medium complexion, with a beard.
The report states the man wore glasses with dark frames, a plain gray shirt, blue jeans, and was carrying a white trash bag.
