Electrical engineering sophomore Carlos Castillo registers to vote Tuesday at the โGame Dayโ voter registration drive held by UTRGVโs Civic Engagement Alliance (CEA) on the Brownsville campus. Last Thursday was the deadline to register to vote for the May 7 โstatewide Constitutional Amendment election, as well as local elections for municipalities, school districts and other local entities holding elections,โ according to the Texas Secretary of State website.
